This simple green smoothie bowl is 100% necessary on a 90 degree day like today. For a quick smoothie on the run skip the toppings and add extra water for a thinner consistency.
1 cup organic frozen mixed fruit
1/2 cup organic frozen spinach
1/2 cup organic frozen kale
1/4 cup almond milk
2 cups water
1/4 cup granola
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon organic frozen blueberries
Add mixed fruit, spinach, kale, almond milk and water to a blender and blend until combined. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with granola, chia seeds and blueberries.
